THE NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM
The Natural History Museum was first opened to public in April 1881. It was just a department of the British Museum. Today, the Natural History Museum is famous throughout the world for its beautiful galleries. The museum is well known for its exhibitions which include "Human biology", "Story of the Earth, "Discovering mammals, etc. Everything of our natural world history can be seen in this, London’s most handsome museum: a great collection of insects, spiders and butterflies as big as small birds, exhibits of animals, various birds and reptiles, as well as life-size reconstructions of prehistoric animals, full dinosaur skeletons.
Recently opened are the new Dinosaur Gallery and Earthquake Experience, with highlights including a Tyrannosaurus Rex, which actually moves and roars.
