GLASGOW

Glasgow is the largest city of Scotland and one of Britain's most productive centres of industry. It is one of the biggest seaports and a big shipbuilding centre. Large and fine ships are built in or near Glasgow.
Glasgow is a beautiful city. It stands on the river Clyde. The river Clyde is for Glasgow as the Thames is for London.
The heart of the city is George Square. It is a very nice square with some monuments. There one can see City Chambers,the headquarters of Glasgow City Council and the seat of Local Government.
